ShopWerks Software

ShopWerks Software is a Business Software Solutions provider specializing productivity tools for lean manufacturing. There are four standalone programs.

SmartQuote is an estimating and quoting system which produces a quotation in a matter of minutes. Purchase Orders, Request For Quotes, materials, customer, work centers, Kanban cards, and vendors functionality are included in this program.
PIP Plus includes an electronic time system, employee management, and bonus/gainsharing programs.
LeanTrack is a collection of Lean Tools that simplify the tracking of key lean metrics through visually color coded graphic charts and Box Score Cards for Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly comparisons of Lean Performance Indicators (LPI), On-Time Delivery, and various other metrics.
LeanWerks is a new Lean Enterprise Resource Planning Tool (L-ERP). It processes critical business data - estimating, sales orders, work orders, inventory, kanbans, purchase orders, shipping/receiving, invoicing, value streams and value stream costing. It includes merging invoices directly into QuickBooks.

Technologies used in creating these products include .NET architecture and Microsoft SQL Server. In addition, we designed and created the ShopWerks Software Website. Account management and ecommerce are integrated into the website.

Sunset Manufacturing Company Website

This site was designed to highlight the extensive machinery, process, and employees used in a modern manufacturing facility. We were responsible for the design, photography, and implementation of this Website.

Lean-for-Starters Website

Lean-for-Starters showcases lean accounting and related methodologies including white papers,tools,and Powerpoint slides. Products are available to download. Account management and a shopping cart handle these transactions. Website.

Entec West Inc. Website

Entec West Inc. manufactures marine diesel generators utilizing the Farymann Diesel. Due to their world-wide sales, Entec West Inc. needed quick access to operating manuals and replacement parts for their customers. Website.

Atkins Research Group Inc. Website

Atkins Research Group Inc. is a top-rated qualitative research organization located in Los Angeles. Atkins needed to allow respondents to join their database as well as displaying Los Angeles Demographics for ARG L.A.'s Specific Recruiting Area. Website.

Hayden Island Yacht Club Website

Hayden Island Yacht Club required a website listing their cruise schedule, events, and membership requirements. Website.
